Listen to Your Heart
|
When you make a decision in your life, what do you listen to most, your head or your heart? Which is your advisor and confidant? What does that mean to listen to your heart? I refer not to your physical heart, but the energetic center of your being near the heart called the heart chakra. The heart chakra is located midpoint on your chest about two inches up from the base of your sternum. Those of you familiar with the chakra system know it to be the center chakra of your seven body chakras. It is the seat of intuition. All energy enters your aura through your heart chakra. It extends all the way back to Source. The other chakras are all part of the heart spectrum. Like a prism splits the wavelengths of light into a rainbow of colors, so is the energy of the heart separated into the different chakras. Our goal is to reunite them again and become all heart. That reunification process is what this life is about.
Most people today in our society are mind oriented. The mind
has been placed on a pedestal and is venerated as a deity. So
much emphasis has been given to the mind that we are on the brink
of self-annihilation, but we continue to turn to the mind to save
ourselves. Don't misunderstand me here. The mind is a wonderful
instrument and there is nothing wrong with developing our minds.
But if we do this without a balanced heart development it spells
disaster. It becomes the pursuit of power without compassion,
without love.
In my book, Energetic Awakening, I described my journey into the
realm of mind. It is where evil dwells. Without the heart to balance
and ground you, the world appears grotesque and distorted. People
wear their sins for all to see and power and manipulation are
the laws that govern. Worshipping the mind and neglecting the
heart will move you in that direction. Scientists, doctors and
engineers all have a strong mental dominance. Their hearts determine
how they use their minds in the service of mankind. The heart
is your compass and your conscience. Your mind analysis, judges,
discerns and separates, while your heart sees only oneness and
completeness. The mind can create images of great beauty or horrible
nightmares, depending on its affiliation to the heart. The heart
knows only love.
Criminals are also dominated by the illusions of the mind. Power, greed and hate are their focus, but it is not who they are. The heart reflects your true self, while the mind reflects whom it thinks you are. Are you powerful, influential and successful, or are you an ignorant and insignificant? Both of these are illusions of the mind. You have created your illusion and now you believe it and live it. In truth, you are none of that. Buried beneath your misperceptions, your essence is love. You were created in love and you are supported by love. Everything else is your own creation and does not really exist. The Course in Miracles tells us to "teach love for that is what you are." Your heart knows that, but does your mind? How you perceive yourself will determine your view of everyone else. You create your world in your own image. If you are fearful, you will live in a fearful world. If you are loving, you will see smiles and laughter everywhere.
The energy charting has revealed several interesting patterns. Most of the people I have charted have been women (90%). Few men have contacted me personally to request a chart. Oftentimes, the wife or girlfriend will forward their permission to me. Why is it that men are so reluctant to pursue this avenue of spiritual growth, or is it that they are less interested in spiritual growth in general? Eckart Tolle, in his book, The Power of Now, states that, "women are potentially closer to enlightenment than men". He based this statement on the observation that is easier for women to express feeling and be in their body. "This", he says, "naturally brings them closer to Being and potentially closer to enlightenment than a man". "When mind took over and humans lost touch with the reality of their divine essence," he continues, "they started to think of God as a male figure. Society became male dominated and the female was made subordinate to the male."
Another interesting pattern the charting reveals is that for those people who have predominately developed a mind orientation to the world; most are born with a misalignment of the mental body as their major blockage. Holding negative judgment over someone for a prolonged period of time causes a misalignment of the mental body. It is usually directed towards someone close, like a family member or a partner. This perception creates a distortion in your energy that, once created, will stay with you from lifetime to lifetime, until it is cleared or released. As a part of your energy it may reflect into your life and create circumstances involving you judging others negatively, especially those closest to you. Sometimes, this pattern is turned on oneself resulting in extreme self-judgment followed by low self-esteem.
You are not the sum of your thoughts and actions. These have really little to do with who you are and much more to do with where you are in. Your thoughts and actions show you your level of consciousness. Let your heart be your guide on your path to spiritual awareness. It is your compass and trusted friend. The next time you have a decision to make ask your heart!

Faith
Faith is the foundation to end suffering.
I would like to share a secret :
Believe in yourself and you will believe in God our Father.
Believing in yourself confirms your own divinity and life's divinity.
If you have faith, you have the potential to end your suffering.
I know what you are thinking: "How can I believe in something I can't see?"
I say: "Have faith and believe."
Believe in yourself and God will believe in you.
I believe in you!
In love we trust
